For the 2019 Chez Montier Valentine's Day Pop-Up Dinner, Chez Montier is creating an evening inspired by the music of legendary jazz icon Miles Davis whose exemplary album, “Sketches of Spain,” fuses jazz and styles from world music.
Join us, as we travel to the Iberian Peninsula, exploring the cuisine of Spain and Portugal. An innovative menu, as only Chef Juan can design, will create a one of a kind romantic experience, as unique as jazz.
We will return to our favorite West Midtown venue
as the setting for this culinary adventure. Your evening begins with Chez Montier signature cocktails - including The Iberian Dawn - and continues with 6 courses and carefully chosen wine pairings. There will be live jazz, performed by the Rialto Youth Orchestra, and dancing.
