The Dinner Architect Preview Party

Last night’s screening party for the new TV special The Dinner Architect was a truly magical event!

An intimate gathering of Chez Montier family, friends, clients, supporters and the media previewed highlights from The Dinner Architect as Chef Juan and his wife and business partner Judith Service Montier shared some personal anecdotes from this exciting Chez Montier culinary adventure.

Guests enjoyed some of Chef Juan’s incredible culinary creations including Roasted Tomato and Pepper Bruschetta with Lobster, Feta Cheese Tartlets Topped with Lump Crab, Spicy Tuna Tartare, Braised Tender Beef Short Ribs, and Mesquite Grilled Quail Breasts.

And the deserts?!  Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake, Mini Pumpkin Pies and Cake it With You Jars by For Goodness Cakes..
